View to the obligation resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC we present following information:
Institute of Plant Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences, Strzeszyńska Street 34, 60-479 Poznań, is the administrator of your personal data.
Purpose and legal grounds of processing
Personal data obtained from you are necessary for the correct functioning of the Institute and for the realization of its objectives. Art. 6 of the GDPR Regulation is the basis for processing personal data.
All personal data remain disposal at the administrator and it is transferred to outside entities cooperating with the Institute in a range that is necessary for the correct functioning and for the realisation of its objectives.
Period of data storage
All data you provide are stored by the administrator for the purpose of correct functioning of the Institute and for the realization of its objectives, depending on legal grounds of processing. Periods of data storage are determined by legal grounds, time of realisation of research projects or recruitment processes. Each time a person providing personal data to the administrator is informed about the exact period of storage of the personal data.
View to the disclosure of the personal data, one has following entitlements:
- The right to have access to one’s data
- The right to rectify the access to one’s data
- The right to demand removing one’s data
- The right to limit the range of processing one’s data
- The right to object against processing one’s data
- The right to transfer one’s data to another administrator
- The right to file complaint to the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data in case of ascertaining incorrectness of data processing or storage.
