Chapter in PWN monograph

We are pleased to announce that the monograph entitled "Medical and molecular genetics" edited by prof. Dr. hab. Jerzy Bal, ed. PWN, in which prof. Ph.D. Tomasz Pniewski together with dr hab. Małgorzata Kęsik-Brodacka from the National Medicines Institute prepared a chapter entitled "Biopharmaceuticals produced by genetic engineering methods".

The book presents a wide range of knowledge in the field of human genetics and the applications of molecular biology and biotechnology in medicine. It presents important branches of medicine in which genome analysis plays an important role, including nucleic acid analysis, heredity, and individual variability in confrontation with the environment. This topic, despite undoubted achievements, will remain a challenge for science and its laboratory applications for decades to come. The publication is a continuation of subsequent editions of the book "Molecular biology in medicine. Elements of clinical genetics".

The book is addressed to a wide audience: students of medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, genetic engineering; research workers, PhD students, doctors specializing in clinical genetics and laboratory medical genetics, doctors of all specialties interested in human genetics and diagnostic tests of genetically determined diseases; laboratory diagnosticians, employees of pharmaceutical companies, as well as everyone who would like to expand their knowledge in the field of human genetics and medical biotechnology.

Congratulations!
