Competition for the position of director of IPG PAS

The Competition Commission appointed by the Council of Curators of the Second Division of Biological and Agricultural Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences announces the recruitment of candidates for the position of director of the Institute of Plant Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences for a 4-year term of office starting on January 1, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications for the competition is November 3, 2023.

On September 7, 2023, the President of the Republic of Poland awarded the title of professor of exact and natural sciences in the discipline of biological sciences to Dr. Hab. Chapter in PWN monograph

We are pleased to announce that the monograph entitled "Medical and molecular genetics" edited by prof. Dr. hab. Jerzy Bal, ed. PWN, in which prof. Ph.D. Tomasz Pniewski together with dr hab.
