Announcement of the decision concerning director of the Institute of Plant Genetics PAS for the term 2024-2027

Pursuant to § 12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of November 22, 2010 regarding the competition for the position of director of a scientific institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Journal of Laws No. 233, item 1530, as amended), we would like to inform you that the competition committee for conducting competition for the position of director of the Institute of Plant Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as a result of the competition procedure, by resolution No. 2/2023 of November 30, 2023, recommended the candidate of prof. Dr. hab. Paweł Krajewski as director of the Institute of Plant Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

As a result of this competition, the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, on January 1, 2024, appointed prof. Dr. hab. Paweł Krajewski as director of the Institute of Plant Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences for a four-year term of office, i.e. until December 31, 2027.
