Launch of the project "Integrative multiomics platform based on high-resolution mass spectrometry for metabolome and microbiome studies with the involvement of machine learning"

The Institute of Plant Genetics PAS in a consortium with the Institute of Human Genetics PAS has launched the project: "Integrative multiomics platform based on high-resolution mass spectrometry for metabolome and microbiome studies with the involvement of machine learning" co-financed by the European Union under activity 2.4 in the European Funds for Modern Economy program no. FENG.02.04-IP.040025/24-00.

The aim of the project is to create an innovative high-throughput bioanalytical platform and develop omics techniques in biomedical, biological and agricultural research, in particular research on human, plant and environmental microbiota. The platform will use high-throughput microorganism cultivation techniques conducted under aerobic, anaerobic and hypoxic conditions, as well as metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics studies for the full biochemical characterization of the microbiome and the search for biomarkers.
