We were saddened to learn of the death on May 15 of Dr. hab. Andrzej Górny, professor of IGR PAN - a long-time employee of the Institute, devoted to science and plant breeding, a kind colleague and friend.Funeral services took place on May 22. at 12:00 in the Church of Providence of God at os. Bolesława Chrobrego in Poznań.

We were saddened to learn of the death of Professor Dr hab. Bogdan Wolko on April 24 this year. Professor Bogdan Wolko was a long-time employee of the Institute and its director in the years 2012-2019, a committed researcher, educator of young scientists, a kind colleague and friend.The funeral of the Professor took place on May 22 at 12.00, at the cemetery in Junikowo, Poznań.
