The 34th Economic Forum

September 2-4 2025 in Karpacz the 34th Economic Forum 'Time of Transition - What Future for Europe?' took place.

The Economic Forum is a platform for dialogue. It is one of the largest and most important economic and political events in Central and Eastern Europe (more than 500 events, more than 6000 participants).

The Forum hosts presidents, heads of government, ministers, politicians, local government officials, corporate executives, cultural and sports figures, renowned scientists, influential journalists, and representatives of non-governmental organizations.

The Institute of Plant Genetics Polish Academy of Sciences was represented by Prof. Arkadiusz Kosmala, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, who was invited by the Organizers particularly to the discussion panel: “Inventions and Scientific Developments of the 21st Century”.
